Linné Diehl CMHC, NCC

Anxiety, Childhood Trauma, EMDR, Narcissistic Abuse, Christian Perspective Counseling, Adult Children of Immgirants and Third Culture Kids Life Transitions

"Linné is a compassionate, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive psychotherapist whose goal in therapy is to help individuals heal and reach their full potential. She finds great joy in creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for her clients as they journey toward their unique goals. Therapy with Linné isn't fussy, but rather relaxed and laid back, but she will challenge you when needed.

Linné helps her clients realize their full potential by conquering their anxiety, depression and helping them successfully navigate difficult life transitions. Whether you are crippled under the weight of ruminating thoughts or struggling to get out of bed in the morning, Linné has the training to help you heal and reach a higher level of functioning.

She is an immigrant from South Africa and has lived in the United States on and off for 18 years. She understands first-hand what it’s like to be new to this country, leave family behind, and be thrown into a new culture. She is passionate about helping immigrants adjust to life in the United States through acculturation counseling.

She also specializes in narcissistic abuse recovery and has personal experience overcoming it. When you bring the broken pieces of your life to her, she will help put them back together, one by one. As a therapist, she brings her whole person to the session. Linne creates a space where you will have a space to laugh, cry and be challenged. If you're ready to take the first messy, imperfect step in your healing, reach out to Linne. She'll meet you right where you at.

Linne is married to her husband, Tyler. They have four dogs who they love more than anything! In her free time, Linne enjoys rescuing animals, spending time with family and trying out new vegan recipes! Having grown up all over the world, she and her husband enjoy traveling as often as possible.

Linne is also committed to the development of psychological research and has presented on the topics of Third Culture Kids and their mental health at multiple conferences."
