Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. You are taking the first big step in a truly rewarding process. Change of any kind can be scary, especially one as vulnerable and brave as starting or re-starting therapy. My priority for all my clients is to make the space feel safe and less nerve-wracking.
My aim is to support teens, young adults, and couples struggling with perfectionism, life changes, depression, anxiety, and trauma in a way that is tailored to each person's specific needs. Everyone's journey in life is unique, and therapy should be customized to reflect that. While therapy can occasionally be tough and challenging, it should also be an environment that is enjoyable, creative, and warm.
In my counseling approach, I use a dynamic and integrative blend of theories and draw mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
We are shaped by our experiences and the people in our lives. My hope is that we will create a space to honor and explore those moments together. We'll dive into your thoughts and feelings, opening the door to fresh perspectives and empowering you with the skills you need to flourish.
A bit about me: I love trying new things, whether that's new places to travel to, desserts to bake, or restaurants to eat at. When I’m not doing those things, I am probably somewhere reading, bingeing tv shows, shopping, or wrangling my dog Ellie.
If I could leave you with anything, it would be this quote: "While there is breath, there is hope."

Walk and Talk on Silver Comet Trail
Sometimes it’s easier to open up while moving your body and breathing fresh air. If sitting across from someone in an office feels a little too intense—or if you just feel more like yourself outside—walk and talk therapy might be a good fit. We’ll meet on a quiet, semi-paved path with benches nearby if we want to pause and sit. Not in the mood to walk? We can always settle in with a blanket or find a shady spot on a park bench. Nature has a way of softening things, and it can be a powerful backdrop for doing meaningful work. Reach out if you’re curious—I’m happy to talk more about what this could look like for you.
