I empathize with the idea that starting therapy can be daunting. I seek to provide a supportive environment for my clients to feel more open and safe in sharing their stories. I understand that the intricacies of life are deeply complex, and we often carry feelings or experiences that feel too much to hold on our own. Therapy gets to be a space to gently experience the depths of your emotions, all while in connection to someone else. Together, we can begin exploring your feelings, past experiences, and how those are currently impacting you. I approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and understanding. I value humor, laughter, and creativity and believe they can be powerful tools in the healing process.
If you find yourself in a place of feeling stuck, whether in relationship patterns, cycles of anxiety and depression, or difficulties with processing pieces of your story, I would be honored to walk alongside you as we figure things out together, as I firmly believe that we are not meant to walk through life alone.
The hope is that through the therapeutic process, you could gain a greater sense of self and lend compassion to parts of yourself that are still mending. Even amid life's challenges that confront us, healing and joy are very much possible.
