My priority is creating a safe, affirming, and hope-filled environment where we can collaborate to achieve your personal, professional, and academic goals.

I am passionate about creating a counseling space where you feel empowered to share your personal narrative. In my office, the journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance is an ongoing process that I am honored to support you through.

Our counseling sessions can be tailored to your unique needs and as my client, your comfort and having an enriching and empowering experience are of the utmost importance. I always offer a free 15-minute consultation call for us to discuss initial questions and to make sure that we are a good fit. Sessions are 45-50 minutes long and during our initial session we will discuss what you hope to gain from the therapeutic alliance as well as collaborate on establishing initial goals and a treatment plan.

My passion for counseling is rooted in the opportunity it affords me to facilitate a deeply empowering and affirming therapeutic relationship that wholly concentrates on the needs, hopes, and goals of my clients. My own life was heavily impacted by the therapists I have worked with and my hope is that I can positively impact the holistic well-being of my clients via a therapeutic alliance that is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and a mutual desire to empower you to be your most authentic self.

In my free time, I spend time with my partner and our corgi, Athena, exploring Atlanta and spending time with our loved ones. Prioritizing mindful self-care in my personal life has taught me the value of incorporating mindfulness and intentionality into the therapeutic process.
