Addictions, ADHD, Autism, Mens Issues

Beginning the journey of seeking help is never easy, especially when trying to break free of addiction, but it doesn't have to be lonely. I am here to walk with you through whatever it is you may be struggling with, from substance use, to mental health challenges, to figuring out how to handle the challenges of life as an adult with autism.

As someone who was diagnosed with autism in my 20s, has experienced residential treatment and is in solid recovery from substance use, I can relate to the challenges of many of my clients and am here to walk with you through the challenges of life. The things that I have experienced are what prompted me to enter this field and to use my experiences to help others.

I am not the type of therapist who gives solutions in the first session. I want to get to know you first and understand who you are, what you struggle with, and how it affects your life. My office is a space to be authentic, a place to laugh, a place to cry, and a place to feel seen. As we work through things, some heavy emotions will come up, and I will give them the space they need to be expressed and processed. Everyone needs to have a space where they can come in, take off the mask of being ok, and truly be themselves. Treatment is tailored to the needs of each individual so that therapy can feel meaningful and personal.

In my free time, I hike with my white lab named Thor, go to museums with my partner, watch F1, go to car meets, and cook fun meals. I love the outdoors and all things automotive, and recently have picked up crocheting. I am always down for an adventure and love to hear your recommendations for underrated spots to visit!
