Change can often feel like a daunting undertaking. Even when our life experiences are negatively affecting us and those around us, familiarity can be hard to part with. Many times we don’t even know where to begin. Counseling can be a starting point to living a life we want to live and in a way we desire.

Within the realm of counseling, often we will explore family and relational dynamics, past and present experiences, and the patterns of ways we think, feel, and behave.

Those who come to counseling will have their own goals and vision for their lives and my job is to walk alongside, them as a helpful guide during this part of the journey. We will discover insight and awareness of the patterns in our lives and from there be able to make more conscious decisions about how we wish to live and interact with the world around us.
